This one is a recent find. It is far better than DFX, and any other winamp plugin out there. Though it is less than 1Mb in size, it sure does turn winamp into a stereo house.
VISTA: RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Install Enhancer V0.17
2. Open Winamp
3. Right click on winamp and choose options>preferences
4. Go to plugins>DSP/Effect> and select Enhancer.
5. Play music in winamp and feel the difference.
6. You can also configure the plugin
